Terms of Use

These terms and conditions apply to all prepaid eSIM resale services provided by djbcard.com (DJB). They are published on the DJB eSIM website. DJB eSIM will only accept changes if both parties sign a separate written agreement.

2.1 eSIM resale

When you register or place an order, we may ask for your name, email, phone number, and mailing address.

2.2 Registering for DJB eSIM services

Customers must accept these general terms to use DJB eSIM services. Customers access http://www.djbcard.com via a web browser, directly or through partners (hotels, travel agencies, etc.), and provide required information such as a display name, billing address, and email.

2.3 Customer conduct

While using DJB eSIM devices or services, customers must not engage in abuse, illegal or fraudulent activity, or actions that harm or degrade the network. If a customer breaches these terms, DJB eSIM may suspend service and will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable. During suspension, the customer remains liable for all fees owed under this agreement for the suspended service.

The service contract between DJB eSIM and the customer takes effect when the customer places an order on https://www.djbcard.com. It ends when the customer receives the purchased eSIM. Activation is the customer's responsibility.

4.1 Payment terms

Payment methods for DJB eSIM services are those shown at checkout (on the English site, including card payments such as Stripe). Currency is as displayed at checkout.

4.2 Delivery

After purchase, customers must provide an email address to receive the eSIM QR code.

If an eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue on DJB eSIM's side, the customer may request a refund or replacement.

All data provided by customers while using DJB eSIM services is protected in accordance with applicable privacy provisions.
Data retained by DJB eSIM is used to perform the contract and to inform customers about products related to their agreement. Customers expressly consent to receiving such communications by mail and electronically, including for marketing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to DJB eSIM, stating the affected email address.

DJB eSIM is not liable for loss or breach of contract if you cannot connect to the network or if data service does not meet expectations in the following situations, including but not limited to:
Interruption of data transmission due to carrier data-center or network failures;
Interruption due to force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, floods, war, or terrorist attacks;
Interruption due to hacking or cyberattacks;
Failure of your end device;
Remote areas or locations with insufficient local carrier coverage;
Areas without network coverage, such as subways, tunnels, basements, mountains, and open sea.

If data is abused, misused, exhausted, wasted, or otherwise used unreasonably in a way that harms other users' experience, the operator may apply fair-use controls or suspend service so that all users can receive data service normally.
In addition to accepting these terms and complying with applicable laws, you must not rent, sublicense, pledge, translate, adapt, alter, modify, or merge DJB eSIM with other products or software; nor decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of DJB eSIM.
We may clear account balances or disable accounts in cases of fraudulent use of DJB eSIM credits or acceptance of fraudulent payments.

DJB eSIM is not responsible for losses caused by inability to provide or continue providing the service. DJB eSIM does not guarantee uninterrupted network availability. For inquiries, email [email protected].

The validity, interpretation, amendment, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of Taiwan.
