Other questions
Make sure Cellular Data and Data Roaming are on. If you still cannot connect, reconfigure APN and restart your phone.
Many airports use signal shielding, so connectivity inside the terminal may be slow or unstable. Try again after leaving the airport.
If you have completed all settings on iPhone and still cannot get online, try resetting network settings. Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings. This only affects network settings, not your other phone data.
If you followed the steps in the package and still cannot connect, contact live chat support and our team will help troubleshoot.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP): To maintain network quality, carriers may throttle heavy users. You may notice slower speeds or temporary loss of data—this is standard worldwide to prevent abuse of network resources.
DJB data SIM and eSIM plans offer flexible durations—buy the number of days you need. If you need more days than one plan allows, purchase multiple cards with different activation dates. Note: With eSIM, you can buy your next plan before the current one expires and use it right away.
DJB data cards only affect mobile data, not your phone’s other settings. However, apps that rely on your original phone number will not receive messages on that number while the travel SIM is active. *If you log into LINE with your phone number, add email login in the LINE app before swapping SIMs.
Throttled service still works for text messaging and light web browsing. Photos, video, and streaming will take much longer to load.
